Halloween Gift bag & Tag
Hello, DeNami friends!
It makes me so happy to read you all have been enjoying the various Halloween projects we've had this week. Like I mentioned earlier, it was SO fun to create all these different items. It's amazing all the different things you can do with just a few stamps!
My project today was to decorate a plain 'ol white paper bag. I happen to get a bunch of these from the dollar store with the intention of dressing them up. After some trial and error, I learned the best way to get an even stamped background was to stamp on white cardstock and then adhere it to the bag. This ensures your Teeny Star Background is perfect and your bag is a little more sturdy.
For the band across the bag, I used the Three Winter Trees and then pulled out the "boo" sentiment from the Halloween stamp set. I must say, this is a MUST HAVE set if you celebrate Halloween.
No gift bag is complete without a cute little tag, right? I knew I wanted to add a bit of color, so the tag was the perfect place to do so. I pulled out the Three Houses and Friendly Ghost and whipped this up in a few minutes. You may have noticed, I added the Citrone glitter to the windows- I just couldn't help but add glitter somewhere! I also added some Extra Fine glitter to the ghost image.

This is simply darling!!! Love how the ghostie is hanging off the tag and all the stamps you pulled together for this.
I never thought about adding the cardstock panels to my bags to make the stamping look better (mine always comes out uneven and kinda wonky...girl, you are a genius!!
