Step- by Step Tutorial by Lisa

Are you ready for a super cute Valentine project? Today the lovely Lisa Petrella has put together our photo tutorial and I literally gasped when I first saw it. This project is so creative and yet also fairly easy to put together. Without further delay, let's get started!
