Spring/ Summer 2013 Design Team

It's an exciting day here on the DeNami blog, we are announcing our super talented Spring/ Summer 2013 Design Team! I was so thrilled when six of my previous DT gals said they would be able to stay on- I couldn't imagine saying goodbye to them just yet. In addition to these gals, I just couldn't resist asking two more people to join our team. You will recognize their names- they have participated in numerous challenges and blog hops, and one of them was even a Guest Designer back in 2011!

Just so you can get to know all of the sweet DT gals, I am bringing back the ice breaker questions! Here is what we will find out about them today:

Let's dive right into the fun, shall we? Come and grab a cup of coffee, get to know the lovely gals and then hop on over to their blogs and leave them some sweet love.

Skor Bar
Pinterest (of course)
The Summer Solstice followed closely by Samhain
40 minutes- 1 hour for lots of layers and embellishments, 10- 20 for CAS
Tombow Mono Multi glue, Tonic guillotine trimmers, and a pencil

a frozen Mars candy bar
Fellow bloggers
Thanksgiving (the long weekend allows extra time with family)
Anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours
ATG, paper trimmer and a stamp-a-ma-jig

Milky Way Midnight
Magazines and catalogs
45 minutes
Ruler, ZipDry glue, and paper trimmer

Favorite Candy Bar: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups…peanut butter AND chocolate = heaven!
Pinterest! The site is FULL of eye candy inspiration of all sorts! Be careful though, you could get lost there for hours!
St Patrick's Day…I'm Irish at heart :)
It really depends on what or who it's for. Most of my cards are CAS (clean and simple) so they usually don't take long to make.
Just THREE? That's a tough one! I'd have to say Versafine Onyx Black ink pad, all 3 pair of Kai scissors I own and my Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher

That's a toss up between Peanut M&Ms and Hershey Bliss ~ neither one is a bar does that count!
I love the site called Tiny White Daisies. Loads of pictures to drink in and study for color, content, line ~ very inspiring!
Thanksgiving! We've hosted for years and I love having our family gathered in our home for lots of love, laughter and of course the food!
Oh gosh I suppose an average would be half an hour to actually make the card. I design my card in my head before I start creating. I gather my supplies and get a plan in motion first. Now THAT can take a long time!
Nothing ever leaves ~ a place for everything and everything in it's place! Well...those Hershey Bliss do disappear ;)

Magazines, catalogs, and crafty blogs
30- 60 minutes
Quickie Glue Pen, Stamp-A-Ma-Jig, and Cutter Bee Scissors

Not just one, but two...Butterfinger and Kit Kat well maybe three Charleston Chew :-)
I pull from various places: catalogs, magazines, window displays, lately Pinterest
Oh Lordy I am slow. I get so lost in the process sometimes. On average over an hour sometimes more depending on how involved I get in the design process.
ATG Gun, Big Shot, Paper Trimmer

Anything containing chocolate!
20 minutes
ATG Tape Gun, Foam Tape, Scissors
Tomorrow we have a look at the brand new features we'll be bringing to the DeNami blog these next six months. You definitely don't want to miss this post- there are so many new things things coming!

Be sure to head on over to each of these girls blogs, check out their beautiful creations and leave them some love!

Thank you for stopping by the DeNami blog today. See you tomorrow!
