Sparkling Pear

I am so excited to be sharing a card with you today on the DeNami Design blog. Although there is technically not a lot of “white space” on this card, I think it is still quite CAS.

I inked up Gingham Background with yellow ink onto some white cardstock. Then I trimmed it up and attached it with some foam adhesive onto a white card base.  I used my Silhouette to die cut Small Pear. I inked it up in Memento Rich Cocoa ink and colored it in with my copics. Once dry, I used my Quickie Glue Pen to cover the entire image and generously sprinkled it with some Citrone glitter. This color glitter is simply fabulous and really brings out the yellow or green that you have added it to. It is my favorite part of this card, for sure. Lastly I stamped Thinking of You (cling) onto the card front.

Tip: you can easily keep the same layout and colors and use the Small Apple stamp instead!

That’s it for me. I hope you enjoyed today’s card. Tomorrow Lisa Petrella will be sharing a photo tutorial, so stay tuned.
