Halloween Broom Treat Bag
7:38 AM
Hi Friends,
I love giving gifts and it is even more satisfying adding a homemade touch that is from the heart.
Today, DT Lisa P created a lovely Broom Treat Bag. It is so creative AND adorable! I bet this bag would be great for a housewarming and you can add a different tag to it.
It's almost Halloween and time to get started with this! Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the eye candy here.

Hey there! It’s Lisa P. Today I’m sharing some quick and adorable tags I made to dress up some Halloween packages that I’ll be delivering to my neighbor girlfriends!

Hey there! It’s Lisa P. Today I’m sharing some quick and adorable tags I made to dress up some Halloween packages that I’ll be delivering to my neighbor girlfriends!
I used the recently released CL-C108 Solid Pointy Hat along with CL-D148 Trick Or Treat and A92 Teeny Star. Here’s what I came up with:
The tags were die-cut using PPPD09 Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Tags, which are available at DeNami Design. I die-cut the tag twice (for each tag) from two different patterned papers, stamped the images, and then adhered the two pieces together at an angle. Then, I punched a hole in the top, threaded some baker’s twine through the hole and added some sparkle with a glitter pen. I made six tags in all, three of each design:
To go along with the witch theme of my tags, I finally got around to making these witch’s broom favor packages that I had seen a couple of years ago on Martha Stewart. You can find more details and a link to the instructions by visiting my blog. Here’s a look at the completed packaging:
Here’s a closer look at the hand-stamped tags that coordinate so well with the witch’s broom packaging:
I made six packages in all to go along with my six tags:
Inside each broom package there’s an autumn-scented candle:
I hope my neighbor friends will get a kick out of these festive little gifties! I had so much fun putting them together! And I hope you’re inspired to make some Halloween gifties and treats too!
Thanks for visiting!
