Christmas Flannel Gift Tags
4:00 AM
Hi Friends,
I love this time of year with the sweaters, scarves, boots and flannel! Today, DT Lisa creates a fabulous flannel print gift tag set. The best part is you just need solid cardstock and you can create a flannel print on any of it! No need for preprinted papers or cardstock for this one. It makes your cardstock go a long way!
You can find out cardstock HERE.
These would also be great to attach to canning jars filled with goodies, sparkling cider or wine. You can even use a piece of flannel to wrap around the bottles or jars and tie these tags on!
Follow along as Lisa shares how she did it. Enjoy!

Hi there! It’s Lisa P. Is everyone in full on festive holiday mode? I definitely am! I’m having lots of fun making holiday cards/packaging, preparing yummy meals/treats, attending get-togethers, skiing, snowshoeing, etc! I absolutely LOVE this time of year!!!
Today I’m sharing a trio of tags that would be perfect for dressing up your holiday gift packages.
To
create the tags, I cut three 2” x 7” strips from kraft cardstock and
scored them at 4”. I die-cut the shorter end of each with a stitched
border die. Then, I cut three 2” x 1.5” strips from red cardstock and
stamped them with the N143 Gingham Background. I love how this looks
like flannel! So comfy and cozy! I stamped the snowflakes and greetings
in black ink. To add to the rustic feel, I finished off the tags by
punching a hole in the top, threading through some red woven burlap, and
tying a bow around it with rustic jute twine.
Here’s a look at each one individually:
So…what do you think?!?! I hope you like my project for today and feel inspired to get crafty this holiday season!
Have a wonderful week!!!
