Pirate Ship Chickie + VIDEO
3:00 AM
Ahoy, DeNami friends!
It's Friday and I have a new card to share, along with a video showing how to create the card. I've heard from many of you who say you enjoy the videos, so I'm going to do my best to create some more in the future.
Today's card was based off of the new DeNami Addict Challenge. Tina created a darling sketch that was the perfect starting point for my card. I made a few slight adjustments, but the main elements are still there. Here's what the sketch looks like....
Don't forget, YOU can also participate in the challenge!
I was recently uploading new cards to the Ideas section and saw this card that Rebeka created a while back. I loved this card from the moment I saw it and have been wanting to do my own take on it. I made a few slight changes, added in some new stamps and voila!
This card is fairly simple, but there are a few techniques that may be new to you. I created a brand new Start-to-Finish video for you- I hope you enjoy it!
**I apologize in advance for the lighting- hopefully you still enjoy the video!**
Thanks so much for stopping by the DeNami blog today. Just a little reminder, if you are in Colorado, we will be in Loveland this weekend. Click here for all the show details.
Have a fabulous weekend!

Oh wow, your pirate chickie card is so, so cute!
This is so much FUN! Love the scattered palm trees and chickie foot prints! Cute card ;)
Ohh my goodness!! DARLING! You are rockin' that little pirate theme and the sketch! I'm so happy you did the torn edges. When I first got into card making it was all the rage but now it seems like everything else...just a passing fad. I however, still LOVE the look :). I love Beka's little card too...isn't fun how they are both different using the same theme.
The video was awesome...thanks so much for making another one, and yes, we DO love them!!
I Love it!! The Pirate chickie is my favorite!
