Somebunny Loves You Theme Week- Day 4
Hi DeNami friends,
I
am back with this little Easter card. I think this bunny stamp is just
too cute and you can build so many amazing scenes around it. First off, I
stamped the bunny with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white cardstock and
colored him in with alcohol markers. I also stamped some additional eggs
to fill the scene later on.
To
finish off the card I die cut a larger circle from white cardstock as
well as a circle card base and adhered everything together.

Week of Easter- Day 4
Hello DeNami friends!
I am back with another project for the DeNami Design Design Team. This time I want to show you a couple of Easter tags that I created. I found a cutting file for this tag online and cut it out of white cardstock as well as the inner part out of yellow, green, and red cardstock.
Then I stamped the cute Bunny with its eggs on the center part of the created window of the tag and colored the image with alcohol markers.
To finish off the tags, I stamped the sentiment "Happy Easter" on the inner part of the tags.

Week of Easter- Day 2
Hello DeNami Friends!
Spring is coming soon! I can’t personally can’t wait for the warm weather and the flowers to start blooming. Spring also means that Easter will be here soon which is this weeks DeNami Design Team theme. I thought to myself that I wanted to do something different for my Easter project this week. So I made and Easter Basket card!
I used a die that creates a small basket that when you cut 2 out you can adhere them together to make a card that is basket shaped and you can insert a little tag or card into. I used flower pattern paper to cut out my 2 pieces of the basket. For my insert I used 2 nested dies and stamped the adorable Bunny and Easter Eggs on white cardstock. To stamp the greeting I used the Small Happy Easter stamp and inked “Happy” first and stamped it and did the same thing for “Easter” and stamped it below “Happy”.

Week of Easter-Day 1
Hello, DeNami Design Friends!
It’s Lisa P. I can’t believe we’re heading into March already. That means that Easter is right around the corner. So, this week our design team will be sharing projects that feature stamps from DeNami Design’s adorable Easter collection!
I created a sweet little 3.25” x 4.25” Easter card using the NEW CL-E202 Bunny and Easter Eggs image as my focal point.
I cut a 3” x 4” panel from white cardstock. I stamped the two little eggs from the PF15 Easter Stamp Set in VersaMark ink all over the panel and then heat embossed them in white. I inked up the background with distress inks working from dark (at the bottom) to light (at the top).
I die-cut the Scallop Frame, adhered it on top of my stamped panel and attached it to a white card base. I die-cut a circle from white cardstock, stamped the bunny image, colored it with markers, layered it to a vellum scalloped circle and adhered it to the front of the card as shown.
Inside the card, I stamped the F160 Small Happy Easter sentiment.
I’m really happy with how this turned out and plan to make some more using different colors for the inking. These will be perfect little cards to send to family and friends for the Easter holiday!

Happy Easter Tag Card
Hi DeNami friends,
Happy Easter weekend! I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the lovely weekend.
Just yesterday, I had the amazing idea to start a Facebook group, different than our Facebook page. Our group is interactive and stampers can share their DeNami creations, hauls and any fun stuff.
Val was our very first post, sharing how she made an adorable Easter card. She did such a great job on the details and dimension. She used Pretty Pink Posh dies, and DeNami is carrying them, that are available here.

Spring Flowers that Really Pop

Easter and spring go together. New life, flowers and bright colors are a great change from the cold of winter. Here in Washington state, we have been enjoying some sunshine and it finally feels like winter is behind us.
Spring is my favorite season because of the newness of the weather change and anticipation of the outdoor adventures to come. Hello, DeNami Design friends! Lisa P. here to show you how popping up parts of your stamped images can be a fun and easy way to add a little pizzazz to your creations.

I have two Springtime cards to share with you today that demonstrate this
technique. The first is an A1-sized Easter card I created using CL-GD003 Spring
Flowers 1.
I stamped the images on my focal panel. Then, I stamped the flower portion
of the daffodil onto a separate piece of cardstock, colored it with markers, cut
it out, and adhered it over my focal panel image with a 3D foam square. I love
how this special little detail adds dimension and interest to an otherwise
simple card. Here’s a closer look:
For my second example, I used the same technique to create a colorful
birthday card.
I repeatedly stamped the Wavy Stem Trio and topped the stems with the
little daisy image from CL-GD003 Spring Flowers 1. I added a picket fence die
and grass border punch. Then, I stamped the flowers three times onto a separate
piece of cardstock, colored them with markers, cut them out, and adhered them
with foam squares on top of three of the flowers on my focal panel. Note: For
this example, I cut around the flowers instead of fussy cutting directly on the
stamped lines of each image. It’s much simpler, and it looks just as lovely (I
think). Here’s a closer look:

Easter Card Using Selective Stamping Technique

Here in Seattle, we have been having the most amazing weather. It has been in the 70's or close to it. It is like summer here in the NW. With the sunny weather, it truly is feeling like spring is here. With it comes flowers, chicks, bunnies, butterflies and new life.
Happy and springy cards are a great way of spreading the cheer of this wonderful season.
Today, Lisa made a great card using a cool technique called "selective stamping". It will really add a lot of mileage to your stamps you have and help you to look at stamps in a whole new way!
DeNami has lots of scene stamps. It often looks like the entire stamp needs to be used each time you use it, but with selective stamping, you can pick and choose what parts of the stamp you want to incorporate. The best part about this is that it's like getting many stamps for your one purchase! You can start browsing our stamps and see what kinds of images you can envision with this technique.

Today I’m sharing a card I made featuring the selective stamping technique
and the Stitched Duo 1 Dies from Pretty Pink Posh (available for sale at DeNami
Design). Let’s get to it!
Step 1: Die-cut the tag twice from white cardstock (once
with the windows and once without). Tip: When die-cutting the one with the
windows also die-cut one from Stamping Mask Paper (Inkadinkado) at the same
time. You may need to run it through your die-cutting machine a few times to cut
all the way through the cardstock and mask paper, but it will work.
Step 2: Adhere the mask (with the windows cut out) to the
solid tag.
Step 3: Adhere three window masks.
Step 4: Take the K89 Hatching Chickies Border image and
mask off all but one chickie with a post-it note.
Step 5: Apply ink to chickie.
Step 6: Peel away sticky note.
Step 7: Stamp chickie within upper left-hand window of
tag.
Step 8: Clean your stamp. Repeat steps 4 through 7
(cleaning stamp in between) to add the remaining two chickies on the border
stamp to the remaining two windows on your tag.
Step 9: Peel away the masks in the other three windows.
Stamp the new CL-B120 Little Easter Eggs image in two of the windows and “Hello”
from PF26 Assorted Greetings in the final window. Color all of the images with
markers.
Step 10: Peel away the tag mask. Adhere cardstock window
tag (the one you cut in Step 1) to the top of the solid tag stamped with images.
Embellish the tag with a bow and some glitter. Cover the front of an A1-sized
card with patterned paper. Adhere finished tag to the card front with foam
squares.
I had so much fun making this card, and I’m really happy with the results!
And I love the fact that you can use this same technique and layout to create
cards for lots of different occasions. Just change up the DeNami Design images
and you can create cards for birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, graduations,
etc. I know I’ll be revisiting this technique and layout many times in the near
future, and I hope you will too!

Easter Butterflies

Happy spring!!! It is great to finally leave the cold winter and enter into the sunny days of spring. Spring is my favorite season of all. It the a new beginning of things. New flowers, new grass and fresh scents.
The wonderful thing about card making is you could be sending out cheer even while people are still facing winter right now. Today, Deb created a lovely and happy card using butterflies. I love her happy colors she chose. I don't use yellow as much as I like the color. I think I need to after seeing this lovely card.
She did a fantastic technique of repeating the scallops. It adds layers and really gives it a nice dimension. It is simple to do, but creates a great effect.
This is a card simple enough to send to all that need some cheer.

Hello DeNami friends! It’s Deb and today I have a card to share with you. Spring is upon us in many states, so I decided to create a bright and simple spring inspired card.
First I trimmed up some white cardstock using one of my
Stitched 2 border dies from Pretty Pink Posh to create a few layers. Then, I
inked up Polka Dot Butterfly using the rock-n-roll technique. First I inked it
up in the lighter shade and then rolled it around on the edges in the darker
ink. I chose white cardstock, but you can also use kraft or another lighter
cardstock. I inked up Happy Easter for my sentiment, but you could also use
other various themes like birthday, thinking of you or congratulations. I tied
a bow at the top of the card to finish it off.
I
think the white cardstock paired with the bright colors creates a
cheerful card. I hope you have been inspired to create something bright
