Panda Traveler's Notebook
Hello DeNami Friends!
Today, I've got a DIY traveler's notebook for you! If you follow my blog or instagram, you'll know that I have been obsessed with traveler's notebooks, especially making my own! Today I will show you how to make your own, and embellish them using DeNami design stamps!
You may or may not know that my family & I are joyfully expecting baby #3! I wanted a place to document my pregnancy. I used to have a pregnancy journal that I used for both of my previous pregnancies, but I can't seem to find it, so I decided to make my own "baby bear/bump" traveler's notebook.
I really hope you enjoy my project, and I hope I inspired you to DIY your own traveler's notebook!
To make the traveler's notebook:
- I cut down a piece of craft cardstock to 9 x 8 inches, then scored down the middle, so my traveler's notebook would measure 4 1/2 x 8 inches.
- I cut down some graph paper (torn out of a spiral notebook) down to 9 x 8 inches, then scored down the middle.
- I placed the paper inside the cardstock, then sewed down the middle/fold using my sewing machine. (Note: if you don't have a sewing machine, you can hand stitch or staple your project together.) You may need to trim down the sides of the graph paper due to the folding and bulk.
- I took a corner chomper tool, and rounded the right edges of my notebook.
To embellish my traveler's notebook:
- I die cut a heart from a piece of white cardstock.
- I stamped the panda image repeatedly onto the heart.
- I attached the panda heart to the front of my notebook using low profile foam tape.
- I also stamped the various panda images to the bottom right corner of some of the graph pages in my notebook. (I lightly colored some of the images as well.)
- To hold my notebook closed, I got a piece of pink & white twine, and tied it in a pretty bow.

Gift Tag Ideas- Day 3 Panda Party Gift Tag
Hello DeNami Friends!
Today, I've
got a tag for you featuring Panda Pals Clear stamp set. I think
gift tags are a perfect way to dress up a cheap gift bag!
Here's how I created my tag:
- I die cut a tag from a piece of heavy weight white card stock.
- I stamped the party hat/cupcake panda image from the clear stamp set multiple times on the tag.
- Using water color markers, I colored the hat and cupcakes.
- I die cut another tag from a piece of patterned paper, and then glued the 2 tags together.
- I used some pink & white twine to finish off my tag.

Saint Patrick's Day Panda Card
Hello DeNami Friends!
Today, I've got a St. Patrick's day themed card. When I think of St. Patty's day, I think green and gold!
First, I
decided that I wanted my cute pandas to make a pyramid and I wanted the
top panda to hold a balloon, so I chose the plain panda and the panda
with the balloon from the Panda Pals clear
stamp set, and stamped them on white cardstock. I colored the balloon
green, then stamped the "hi" sentiment from the Emojis clear stamp set
with black ink. I die cut the stamped image into a tag. On another
piece of white cardstock, I blended 2 different
shades of green ink to create a bright green ombre background...love my
ombre backgrounds, lol! I took the gingham background stamp and
stamped it twice with black ink over my green background, creating my
own green gingham pattern paper. I die cut a rectangle
out of the green gingham and adhered it to a green card base using foam
tape. I adhered my panda stamped tag on top using more foam tape. To
finish off my card, I made a gold bow using a die set and gold
cardstock, and adhered it to the top of my tag. Then, I
filled in the little green balloon with some glossy glue, and set aside
to dry. I also made a simple matching envelope by stamping a panda and
a speech bubble saying "hi."

Hi Friends,
Everyday cards are always great to have on hand. This one is sure to bring a smile to your recipient with all the color and cuteness in it.
DT Valerie did a great job incorporating color, design and dimension in this card. It is made to perfection!
The nice part is you can use your favorite mini stamps to fill in the filmstrips. You can even use photos to create a custom look.

Hi DeNami Friends,
I had so much fun working with these little guys today! They're from the Panda Pals clear stamp set. I'm also using the Snapshots clear stamp set and the Day Filled w/ Happiness sentiment stamp. The images are colored with Copic markers.

These papers from the Doodlebug 6x6 Sunkissed collection worked perfectly with these images!
The scalloped rectangle background is cut from the Mama Elephant Basic Creative Cuts die set. And the scalloped border die is from the Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Borders 1 die set.
I added some gorgeous cupped sequins from Pretty Pink Posh for some sparkle: 6mm Sunshine Glow, 6mm Sparkling Clear, and 4mm Sparkling Clear. The final touches are the Zig Clear Wink of Stella added to some images, and Glossy Accents added to the cute little cameras (DeNami has 3D Crystal Lacquer available here.)
