Thanks a Latte Card

The weather is getting quite chilly these days here in the Pacific NW. I hear some of you have snow! I love drinking hot drinks this time of year. This card reminds me of warm memories of winter and the hot drinks. You can make this into a delightful gift by just tucking in a coffee gift card.
Our own DT, Lisa P, made this delightful card using the new Thanks a Latte stamp. With so many coffee cups in our collection, this is a versatile image.

You can easily duplicate Lisa's card with the simple instructions she has shared for us. Here is how she did it, in Lisa's own words:
This card features the brand new CL-F247 Thanks A Latte sentiment, which pairs up perfectly with the images in DeNami Design’s “Espresso” Collection.

I created a 4.25” x 5.5” card base from kraft cardstock, covered the front with patterned paper, and rounded all four corners. I cut a 3” x 4.5” panel from patterned paper and punched the top edge with a Round Binding Edge punch. I stamped the J38 Brushed Espresso image with TK-ME900 Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto the panel and again onto a piece of patterned paper. I stamped the A94 Mini Heart with TK-VF082 Onyx Black Versafine ink just above the steam on my focal panel and stamped it again onto patterned paper. I fussy cut the mug and the heart from the patterned papers and paper pieced them onto the images on my focal panel. I stamped CL-F247 Thanks A Latte at the bottom, added a touch of shading to the image with markers and then used a glitter pen to add a touch of sparkle to the steam and the heart. I adhered the finished panel to the left edge of the card. To finish, I cut a strip of patterned paper with a scalloped die, attached it as shown and tied on some rustic jute twine.

Thanks A Latte for stopping by today!
