Cute Pony Thank You Card
4:00 AM
Hi, DeNami Design Friends!
It’s Lisa P. On May 7th
my husband and I attended our first Derby Party. It was so much fun!! I
wanted to create/send a handmade thank you note to the party hosts and
found the perfect images in my DeNami Design stash! Here’s what I came
up with:
I
stamped the CL-GD006 Leafy Square onto white cardstock, colored it in
with markers, and then die-cut it out with a double-pierced square die. I
stamped the horse from the PF25 Farm Animals Stamp Set as shown and
colored him in. I die-cut a banner from white cardstock, stamped the
sentiment, two roses and leaves, and added color with markers. I
attached the banner just below the horse and then adhered this focal
point to the front of my card base with foam tape. To finish up, I added
a touch of sparkle to all of the images with a clear glitter pen.
Here’s a closer look:
I hope you like my card for today! If you’d like to see a couple of photos from the party, hop on over to my blog.
Thanks for visiting!!

Spring Theme Thank You Card
4:00 AM
Hello DeNami Friends!
Spring is coming! I can’t wait for the flowers to start
blooming but since I have to wait I decided that I would create my own little
piece of spring with a watercolor flower box window card. This was my first
time working with watercolors and masking at the same time so there was a steep
learning curve! If you saw my sneak peek on Instagram with a lot of fussy cut
flowers (pic below), this is the card that I created with all those little flowers!
To create this card I stamped the flowers on masking paper
and fussy cut them out. I placed all of the flowers on some watercolor paper
where I wanted them and then stamped the window with black waterproof ink.
Next, I carefully removed and stamped all of the flowers in the same ink. I was
careful to start with the top layer of masks and work my way down. After that, I
watercolored each of the flowers making sure to not to color flowers that were
next to each other so that the colors wouldn’t bleed together. I did this with
each of the images until everything was colored in. Also, I let each image dry
before completely before I would color an image that was next to it. This is
what took a while. I could have used a heat tool to dry everything but I chose
to let everything air dry. After the coloring was complete, I used a stitched
rectangle die to trim down the piece and adhered it to my card front. On the
inside of the card I stamped the Thanks a Bunch sentiment in black ink. I hope
that you enjoyed my project! Until next time!
Here is my fussy cutting process pic.

Pine Branch Thank You
3:00 AM
Hello, DeNami friends! Lisa P here sharing a mini card I created using the new Winter Pine Set! I absolutely LOVE the rustic, cozy feel of these images! They're not only perfect for holiday cards, but can also be used to create cards/projects all year round for people who love nature and the great outdoors.
This card measures 4" x 3" and could be altered to fit just about any occasion by changing up the sentiment. I added some sparkle to the pine cone with a glitter pen, and I can definitely envision adding some snow to those pine branches with a white gel pen. Hmmmm...will have to try that out! I also wanted to point out the Gingham Background. I stamped it at an angle. First time trying it this way, and I'm really pleased with the results. Fun little "twist" on a stamp I've used many times before *wink*.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a fabulous day!

Solid Leaves Thank You
3:00 AM
Hello!
Today we have a sweet and simple thank you card by Dana Seymour. With Fall right around the corner, it's just about time to pull out the pretty leaves images and the new Solid Leaves Set is one I would highly suggest adding to your stash. You saw it used in the Photo Tutorial by Tammy HERE and now you can see it used in another way!
Dana has a knack for mixing and matching new and old DeNami stamps like a pro and this card is proof. Who would have guessed that the thank you sentiment was released years ago? It looks like it was made to go with those leaves!

Ways With Washi #4
3:00 AM
My first card is a rather simple and straightforward one. I used a single strip of pleated DeNami Design Black/ White Dots washi tape as a design element right down the enter of my card. Pleating washi tape is SO much easier than pleating ribbon! Plus, there's no need to consider how to adhere or attach it to your project as there would be with pleated ribbon. And white it adds more dimension to your card than flat washi tape, pleated washi tape is far flatter (and certainly more compressible!) than pleated ribbon.
I do believe that wraps up my April Ways With Washi!
Thanks for stopping by today!

Butterfly Thank You
3:00 AM
Hello there!
Oh my, we are closing in on the start of the crazy holiday season. I'm still in awe that there are only a couple more days until Thanksgiving! Starting next week, we'll be fully immersed with Christmas goodness on the blog- I hope you're ready. :)
Today's card was created by Lisa Petrella in honor of the last blog hop. I don't think I've ever paired these particular colors together but I know I will in the future! It's such a fresh combination and works for either gender. Those are the best kinds to keep in the card stash!
Can I let you in on some news? We have finalized our upcoming design team AND we have some super exciting things planned. There's going to be some changes, but don't worry, there will be even MORE fun things here on the blog. I can't wait to start sharing what's coming- I know you all will love it!
As always, we are so glad you stopped by. I hope you'll join me tomorrow!

Assorted Thank Yous
3:00 AM
Hello!
I hope that you all were able to hop along in the Thoughtful Thank You Blog Hop yesterday! If not, that's okay- you can still hop with us today. There were so many creative ideas and a variety of stamps used, I know you'll be inspired.
To carry on with the theme of "thoughtful thank you" items, I thought I would share some cards from the DT that have been posted in the past. I always think it's a shame to post a card only once.... here are some that I found that I thought you might enjoy.

Flower Thanks + VIDEO
3:00 AM
Good morning, DeNami friends!
Oh my, these past few weeks, I've received quite a few emails letting me know how much you have been enjoying the DeNami YouTube videos. You have no idea how happy I get when I hear this! I'm so thrilled that these videos are able to showcase the versatility of our stamps and spark creativity into your crafty side. Thank you so much for all your encouraging words- I'm going to try to keep the videos coming!
I don't know about you, but I always have a need for thank you cards. There are times when I create specific cards for specific people, but then there are occasions when it's nice to have a stash to pull from. The best kinds to have in that card stash? Quick and easy (and also beautiful) ones!
Today I have a sweet little thank you card and a video showing how to create it.
And now, here is the video showing you step-by-step how to re-create this card.
I hope you enjoyed today's card and video. Have suggestions on a future stamp/ set you would like to see featured in a video? Maybe a technique? Feel free to leave a blog comment and we'll see what we can do!
Thanks for stopping by!

Glitter Thanks
6:00 AM
Hello there!
Since we just launched our Product Challenge #3, which features GLITTER, I thought it'd be fun to show you another card highlighting this product. There are two ways that you can add glitter to this card- 1) use the Essential Glue Pad 2) apply Crystal Lacquer to your stamped dots. I went the harder way and went the Crystal Lacquer route. I personally love this look- your glitter will not come off and you get a more dimensional look. :)
We recently asked a question on our Facebook page and we'd love to hear YOUR responses!
Question: have you purchased card kits before? Would you be interested in us adding them to our collection?
Feel free to leave your comments here on the blog, or post them to the Facebook page. Car Thank You
6:00 AM
Welcome to the DeNami blog!
For those who regularly visit our blog, you know that we usually tend to create very girly cards and projects. Somehow glitter and rhinestones always seem to leap onto our cards. :)
Today we wanted to show that our stamps can also create very fun boy cards. I think our Single Car stamp is just adorable- who wouldn't like to drive around in that cute thing? I colored the car in lime and couldn't resist adding just a touch of our Citrone glitter on top of it. What's really neat about layering these two colors, it looks like the glitter is lime! LOVE it! I can see this card being used for birthday thank you cards for the little guy in your life.
Did you know that we have a "boy" shopping section on our website? This is a place where you can easily see stamps that would be perfect for boy projects. We are all about making your shopping experience as easy as possible. :)
Thanks for spending some time on the DeNami blog today! If you haven't joined us in the DeNami Sketch Challenge #3 yet, we'd love for you to join us. There are 3 more days to join in on the fun!
