Guest Blogger- Stephanie Klauck

My name is Stephanie and I have been a part of the paper crafting industry since around 2003. I love to create and share my creations online on my blog as well as my other favorite social media site, Instagram! ;)

I have been published with various paper crafting magazines throughout the years, including Scrapbook and Cards Today, Creating Keepsakes and Simple Scrapbooks, among others. I originally started out as a scrapbooker, but focus most of my craft time now on cardmaking.

I reside in Ontario, Canada with my husband Steve and two children, Caitlyn and Ryan. I work full-time in an administrative position and spend the rest of my time hanging out with family and friends, playing with makeup, crafting, watching NHL and Nascar and reading on my kindle.

Hello, it's Stephanie here and I am excited to be on the DeNami Design blog today sharing a card I created with the new Party Owl Trio and Celebrating You stamps.

To create my card I first stamped the owl image onto a piece of white cardstock and then I completely colored it in with Copic markers. Once I had it colored, I stamped the image a second time, colored three more of the balloons with the same colors as the original image and then used my scissors to cut them out. I adhered the three balloons on top of the original image with foam adhesive for some added dimension.

I stamped the 'Celebrating You' sentiment under the owls and then I added the stamped panel to a grey square card base with a stitched frame around it.
I'll be back next week with another card to share! ;)

You're One of a Kind Party Owl Card

Hello Friends!

Once again, we are honored to have Anna K from Russia as our guest blogger. You can read about her and see her last project HERE.

Hello!

For today's post I played with Party Owl Trio stamp. I stamped it on a flag die cut and colored them. It was such a good time! Like these little cuties. They really can be a center of a card and add such a sweet spirit to it.
Also I made a patterned frame with Flower Patch Clear Stamp Set - just stamped some flowers and leaves, colored them and then cut the frame and blended it a little with Distress inks. Ribbon and softcolored background are the final details. The sentiment is One of a Kind.

Same Cards Three Ways Day 3

Hello DeNami Friends!

Today, I created 3 of the same cards in different color schemes using 2 DeNami stamps:  E205 Cupcake Owl Trio and J117 Medium Birthday Circle.

First, I decided what color combinations I wanted to use.  I made a navy/teal, purple/pastel pink, and red/pink card.  On a piece of white cardstock, I stamped the Cupcake Owl Trio 3 times, leaving plenty of space between them.  I used Copic markers to color in the images, keeping in mind the color combinations I decided on.  Then, using my glue pen and sparkle glitter, I added some shine to the poms on the party hats and the heart on the cupcake wrap.  I set that aside to dry.  Meanwhile, I die cut 3 rectangles from white cardstock.  Then, I die cut a circle out of each of the die cut rectangles.  Using ombre inks, I stamped the Medium Birthday Circle around each die cut circle.   Next, I cut out the Cupcake Owls that I had colored.  Using foam tape, I adhered the Birthday circle stamped cardstock on top of the colored Cupcake owls, making sure the owls were in the center of the circle.  Then, I chose 3 patterned papers to match my color schemes and die cut a large rectangle out of each.  I glued the patterned papers to each of my white card bases, and then the Birthday & Owl panel on top.  To finish off my cards, I die cut some twine and small bows in coordinating colored cardstock, and attached it to my card.  I trimmed off the excess, and added some glossy glue to the top of the bows.
