Penguins in Igloo Card
9:03 AM
Hello Friends,
Do you love penguins as much as I do? I love them when they have squishy bellies and a cute little face. The great thing about stamping is that you can make penguins ANY color you like! You can make them pastel, bright, green, blue, pink! You can easily make them dimensional by adding clear 3D Lacquer to give that shiny look. You can either do it just on their beaks and feet or on their whole body. If you add 3D Lacquer on their belly and sprinkle DeNami's Fun Fluff, you can give their bellies some fluff to it. Add some to the santa hat trim and you've got lots of cute dimension. The cool part is the 3D Lacquer is also acid free, so you can stamp these images on your scrapbooks for your keepsakes.
Today, Tammy is showcasing just one central stamp for the card. You can do this same technique with any of your favorite stamp images. It works best with the medium to large images for this size card. You can always use our circle stamps to "expand" your small images to make them look larger. Our circle stamps "nest" within each other so you can combine words and decorative borders together to frame the stamp image.
Here is Tammy's description on how to make this cute Penguins in Igloo card.
Hello DeNami Friends,
It's Tammy here to bring you another card featuring one of the newly released stamps. Penguins in Igloo. No sentiment was added on the outside to leave this cute card open for a couple of options. You can use it for a thank you for after the holidays, you can create an invitation on the inside for a Holiday Party. It sure looks like those cuties are saying come in and let's be Merry!
Super simple but super cute don't you agree? Thank you for stopping by!

It's a simple one, just by adding a few layers of solid and patterned
paper to the base, you create a cute frame for your focal image. You
can either color in with markers or pencils. For a little extra sparkle,
I used a Quickie Glue Pen and Blue Ice Glitter to their hats.

Penguins in Igloo Card
3:00 AM
Hi DeNami friends!
They say less is more, which sometimes really is true. This card uses the less is more technique and gives lots of impact with simple details. Lisa E chose some colors to make this monochromatic card POP! I love how she colored the penguins so that their bellies stood out. Such a delightful card and will make your recipients smile.
The Penguins in Igloo stamp is very versatile. You can cut out the penguins and make them pop. You can also stamp several and cut out a whole flock of them to be in the middle of a glacier background having fun.
What will YOU do with the Penguins in Igloo stamp? It will be so fun to see your creations.
Here are Lisa's instructions:
Hi there! Lisa E. here and I have another card today featuring yet another of the new DeNami Design Christmas stamps. This one is called Penguins in Igloo and it's super duper cute!
I've added a piece of patterned paper to a white card base after die cutting the bottom edge with a Stitched Borders 1 Die from Pretty Pink Posh. Next I stamped the new image onto a scrap of white cardstock and trimmed it out. I stamped portions of the igloo again on scraps so they could be popped up. After coloring my penguins I added the image to the card with foam tape. I just love the way this previously released Whimsical Merry Christmas sentiment looks here! To finish things off I added some Stickles to the Santa hats, igloo and star centers.
